It may take up to 7 working days before your order is posted. If you need your order by a specific date please do contact me.

UK Orders

Orders are sent with Royal Mail’s 48 hour tracked service, and should take about 3 - 7 working days to arrive. In some cases it can take a bit longer, but I will notify you of this. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days please do let me know.  Postage costs are weight-based, or collected from my studio free of charge.

International Orders

International orders can take between 5 - 14 days to reach you. Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches your destination. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges. The charges of import duties and taxes must be paid by the purchaser.

Please also note that there could be a delay while your purchase is held in customs. Unfortunately I have no control over this.

f you are not in to take delivery of your parcel, you will need to arrange a redelivery with the postal service used. If your purchase is returned to me, then I will have to charge you again for the extra postage fees.
