Purple Printmakers at Oxford University

Printmaking Revealed Exhibition

An exhibition of fine art printmaking by the Purple Printmakers (Nina Sage, Sherry Rea, Jo Tunmer, Tania Durrant and Lesley Corbett) is coming to Oxford.

Stables Gallery, Green Templeton College, 43 Woodstock Rd, Oxford OX2 6HG.

The Launch Exhibition Events will be on Friday 20th September from 7pm - midnight and Sunday 22nd September from 10 am - noon. The artists will be on hand during these times and will be delighted to discuss their work and demonstrate techniques.

The exhibition will then continue until 22 October 2013.  It will include a wide range of printmaking techniques from the traditional, such as etching, to the cutting edge, such as solar plate.  Examples of linocuts, collagraphs and monoprints will be displayed, as well as some works with plates from which they came.

After the launch weekend the exhibition will be in the Stables Gallery at Green Templeton College, 43 Woodstock Road, Summertown, Oxford OX2 6HG from the 22nd Sept, 2013 during normal college hours until 22 October 2013.
